Implied Consent & Binding Agreement Clause
Commencement of any services rendered by Gima Cares, including but not limited to personal care, companion support, transportation assistance, training, or client meetings, shall constitute express and irrevocable acknowledgment by the caregiver of the full acceptance of Gima Cares’s standard Caregiver Agreement (“Agreement”).
This acknowledgment is enforceable with or without a physical or digital signature, and constitutes legally binding consent to all terms, policies, and conditions outlined in the Agreement. By beginning any shift or participating in any company-related activities, you are considered to have agreed to all terms as required under Washington State law and applicable independent contractor regulations.
